REFLECTに入力した内容を、誰が見ることができ、どこへ送られるかを説明します。 / What you enter into REFLECT, who can read it, and where it is sent.

担当の教員が閲覧できるもの / What your teacher can read

所属クラスの担当の教員は、あなたの日誌（初稿・最終稿・振り返り）と、確定した文字起こしを閲覧できます。評価や添削の機能はなく、閲覧のみです。

The assigned teacher of your class can read your journals (first draft, final draft, reflection) and your confirmed transcripts. Teachers have read-only access.

外部サービスへの送信 / Data sent to outside services

• Amazon Bedrock（AWS）: AIフィードバックを作るため、日誌の文章を送信します。処理は東京と大阪のリージョンで行い、モデルはAnthropic社のClaudeです。 / Your journal text is sent to produce AI feedback. It is processed in the Tokyo and Osaka regions by Anthropic's Claude.
• Google: ログインと本人確認のため、Googleアカウントを利用します。REFLECTがGoogleから受け取るのは、識別子・メールアドレス・氏名です。 / REFLECT receives an identifier, your email address, and your name when you sign in.

音声 / Audio

録音した音声は文字起こしのために一時的に処理し、REFLECTには保存しません。自動の文字起こし結果と、あなたが確認・編集した文章は区別して保存します。

Recordings are processed temporarily and are not kept by REFLECT. The automatic transcript and the text you confirmed are stored separately.

研究での利用 / Research use

研究用のデータ出力は、教員または管理者が対象者を選んで行います。出力には氏名やメールアドレスの代わりに研究用IDを使いますが、日誌の本文を含むことがあります。研究への参加の確認は、REFLECTの外で別途行います。

Research exports are made by a teacher or administrator for selected learners. They use research IDs instead of names and email addresses but may include journal text. Research participation is confirmed separately, outside REFLECT.

この端末に残るもの / What stays on this device

ホーム画面に追加して使う場合も、日誌の本文や個人の画面は端末に保存しません。保存するのは、画面の表示に使う共通のファイル（デザイン・アイコンなど）だけです。

Even when added to the Home Screen, journal text and personal pages are not stored on the device. Only shared display files such as styles and icons are stored.
